For this example, the parent element has a value of 3. Because the time container begins when the document.body.onload event fires, and the child element begins 1 second afterward, second 3 in the parent timeline occurs at second 2 of the child element's active timeline. Consequently, the parentTimeToActiveTime method returns a value of 2.
