add Method Sample

This sample demonstrates three different ways to add an option to a select element:

Using createElement('OPTION') and options.add to insert the new element
Using new Option() and option array syntax to append to the option list
Using new Option() and the standard-compliant add Method syntax of Internet Explorer 8

If all tests are successful, the drop-down list will read: One, Four, Two, Three.
